This is adorable and it reminds me of someone who made a scooter out of a big board and trike wheels. Hummm wonder who that was? They say the apple doesn't fall from the tree. LOL
P.S. Oops, I meant a Go-Cart. Scooter and Go-Cart are kind of the same. Well,maybe not. I have to say that Go-Cart could really GO!
